AKA Prenuptial Agreement or Antenuptial Agreement
This document is entered into by two parties entering a marriage that wish to decide how property and asset will be distributed in the event of a divorce or death of one of the parties.
The document must have:
- First party and their mailing address
- Second party and their mailing address
- A Preparation Statement
This document must be signed and acknowledged (notarized) by both parties.
The clerk shall request a return mail address.
